Terrible Experience - Event Sales Manager Hyatt Employee Review

I never received a formal review or feedback before being let go because I wasn't the right fit. However, I was never given clear goals, and felt unrealistic expectations from the beginning. If you are having issues obtaining a certain type of business, perhaps you should evaluate your space and the amount you are charging, as opposed to throwing someone at the problem with no clear direction. I never felt comfortable asking for help despite the open door policy. A good manager reaches out and tries to help employees, but I noticed favoritism and a strange office environment almost from the beginning. Worst management experience I've ever had.
