Pros
Decent benefits, hotel discounts and external discounts.
Cons
Low pay for the work load. Unstable schedule. Low room for advancement. Almost every other hotel in the area pays more. Only has security onsite during the weekends. Not full service, when laundry and maintenance leave they expect you to do said tasks even when it's not in the job description. Also NO FULL TIME SECURITY. Easy to burn out due to stress
