      Pros

      The quality of the product is generally good. Some advancement opportunities. Pay seemed competitive.

      Cons

      Public company issues. Too many short term decisions, too much focus on profits. Also, promotions were not always fair. A little bit of the good old boys club. Leader had no hotel experience.
