Pros
I enjoyed the company's great comp room policy. I felt I had a decent salary. The hardest thing to walk away from were my great colleagues and I miss them dearly.
Cons
My experience with my upper level management was extremely poor. Our General Manager has been with the company so long that apparently no one cares how he/she is treating people below them and managing with a style of instilling fear into his/her employees. This individual ruined my experience working for Hyatt. I watched the GM target people that he/she wanted to get out and they successfully knocked them off the list. It felt like a matter of time before everyone on the list was fired. So I removed myself and found a fabulous career working for another company! Hallelujah!
