Pros
One of the few hospitality companies that prioritized recalling employees post-Covid. If you would like to get a promotion, management is generally very helpful in finding another property to transfer to.
Cons
Each property has their own management style. Corporate sets guidelines, but naturally there will be differences property to property. Hard to move up the ladder unless you're willing to move out.
