Pros

1. Discounted rooms. 2. Eh that's really it. Its down town Phoenix, so when things happen your in the mix which is pretty nice sometimes.

Cons

There is no "open door" policy, like other companies have. You cannot question your managers or have a civil conversation with them or human resources. Safety is lacked on, health and physically. Its disgusting. As a supervisor, the management team would hound us and practically make us bribe or sweet talk employees to rate the company excellent so they can win an award for company satisfaction. This company is not worth your stress, go look somewhere else.

Pros

Fair pay, decent PTO, can be a very flexible work environment if you have a caring leader. Hospitality is a fun industry that tends to attract interesting people--ability to travel and work with diverse cultures is great.

Cons

Constant reorganization/restructuring post-COVID, and growth that outpaced scalable infrastructure. Some long-time employees very set in their ways, can be hard to make meaningful impacts on ways of working even when the org has changed on paper.
