      Pros

      Wonderful people to work with, they truly are a family. There are a lot of great benefits. I gained a lot of experience and could have moved up the ladder toward becoming an event planner.

      Cons

      The hours were rough (6am -2:30) and sometimes irregular. (None of this was told to me before I was hired). The salary is also rough.
