It's like having brothers and sisters working woth you most days. The lowest employees (who speak english anyway) are supportive to those in their department.
Cons
Where do i begin? Probably with the employee elevators. They either don't work or just one works. And it takes them over a week to fix them. Management is. Grotesquely over priviledged; %90 of them don't even know how to do any of the minimum wage jobs, but they know how to ask someone to do things they could have done themselves and when things get crazy they are almost useless. The hyatt doesn't care about it's main restaurant until a customer complains. And even then they try to blame it on their employees. The turnover rate is disturbing to say the least. And Banquets gets whatever they want. They will take things from other departments and not bring them back. They force people to help them with the promise of higher pay while you're up there and once you get there they don't want to let you leave. And it is almost impossible to get anyone from banquets to help if they are not scheduled to help and they keep their pay rate(which is more the minimum wage.
