Pros
Forward-thinking and very employee-centric company. The pay is fair, depending on your location, but the way they treat employees is what makes them a great company. They have something game-changing and pretty soon they will be the standard for Hospitality.
Cons
I've worked for larger companies that have money to throw around, but they usually are compensating for poor work environment. Hyatt doesn't have the most money to offer, but they are fair and they have a great work environment.
