Hiring practices are bad. There is a total mismatch between competencies and job requirements Pay is poor Competency and hard work is not well rewarded Review system is in place, but it does not reflect the work of an individual. Promotions are not based on how you perform. Bad Mid Level Managers, who are promoted solely because of tenure and not because of competency and are looking more to boss people around and show their authority An employee at lower levels might have amazing ideas that would work, but would not be listened to because the managers are threatened and incompetent
