      I and many others rave about the company culture at Humana. What a place to work! The city of Louisville is also incredible. This is one of the best foodie cities in America

      Flat organization so once you get to Director it's harder to advance.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
