      Pros

      the money that they pay us is great. they start you out really well. The hours are very flexible. Down here in louisville you get to choose 8 house each day from the hours of 7am-7pm

      Cons

      its not enough vacation time. I wish the desk were alil bigger. I wish that we could do more volenteer things outside the building.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
