      Good company culture. Cultural Diversity Good pay (if you negotiate well) Remote opportunities mindful 2nd tier leadership

      Too much instability in last 3 years. Merger and acquisition effort is happening. Limited opportunities to grow. It is important to network well. Pay discrepancies. It is important to negotiate at the start. Management is worrying about Profits and cutting jobs every quarter.
