Pros
Time off. My position allows me to have plenty of time off. Perfect Service might just pay off too. Its a great concept, but its really pathetic that Humana had to go to another company to figure out how to make its employees and, more importantly, its subscribers happy.
Cons
The saying, "Its hard to teach an old dog new tricks" holds true at Humana. A majority of the management has been with the company for decades and trying to get management to install new policies is hell! ITIL has been in the "works" for 3 years now and not much has changed.
