Do not quit and try to re-apply,won't happen! - Medicare Sales Representative Humana Employee Review

For being a health insurance company, they have a terrible health plan for the lower level non management career employees. Also if you consider anything about quitting and wanting to come back for full time employment,forget it! they told me it couldn't be done. It did not matter to local management that I was the number one Medicare salesperson with several awards ,salesman of the month etc.. I had to become an Independent contractor otherwise known as a MECA agent.Guess what? there are other insurance companies that will hire you with my background and experience. I now work for United Healthcare
