Pros

Great work experience . Work from home with occasional travel to conduct visits. If your lucky to have a great supervisor that really is there for the employees and will help you grow.Positive work environment and easy going. A supervisor that does not assume negative. Your work flow will be excellent.Be on top of your work don't fall behind and all will be OK.

Cons

If you are unlucky to have a supervisor that falls under the criteria: need of skills and how to work with people. Last minute changes and no consideration of current role and tasks that are needed. Demanding that are selfish and are never wrong will stun your growth. If you fall behind because of changes you are proven guilty and will be scrutinized and you will be unable to do your job. It's a shame that such a great opportunity employees are taken for granted and are never to progress. Hostile environment is created and Well being will be affected or discrediting will occur. You are then micromanage until your wheels fall off. Be aware of this happening so remain positive throughout and find another job.

Pros

Working from home, that’s about it.

Cons

Micromanaging, forced to help team members while you’re behind on your own caseload. Denied PTO requests, no PTO all summer and no PTO until the end of January 2027 (that’s supposed supposedly when they will be done ramping up with all their new employees.) a bunch of meetings weekly that are pointless. A weekly case conference where they are forcing nurses to present a complex case in front of over 300 people on zoom. Process changes change constantly, there are no job aid or guideline that help you make a Clinical decision but you will get out of it if you do it incorrectly. Save yourself the trouble and apply somewhere else. It is not worth it.
