      Pros

      Great work environment, focus on Medi Care Advantage plans, government health plans and military service plans very challenging but fun. Great career place.

      Cons

      long hours, very fast pace with limited resources, very variable revenue model, market with little loyalty, customers move around during the annual renewal process, small margins.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
