Inbound contact rep 1 for dental is not busy unless it’s open enrollment
Cons
Pay not the best for what you do the training is rushed and when you ask for help the tenured reps are rude. The help insurance for employees sucks. When you go to the emergency room they pay nothing until you have met your deductible and for a regular doctors appointment they pay nothing either but you paying all that money out your pay check
