Pros

Nice co-workers, decent pay for a call center. They call off work in inpassable snowstorms. The downtown location is on a bus route.

Cons

Most front line supervisors are late 20's or early 30's and seem to lack "emotional intellegence". When the company has a bad year, those who are fired are not "supervisor favorites or peers". If you an older male you are at a disadvantage. Feedback is poor. If they put you on a 'training for improvement' plan you will not get feedback to improve, they are just giving you rope, until they have enough to fire you. You can earn a decent amount of vacation, but using it without three months notice, or in chunks that include a Monday or a Friday is a problem.
