      Helped getting my license, stable work. High base pay.

      Cons

      Months of cold calling. They call it blend where its inbound and outbound but don't be fooled, its all outbound. Little help from manager. Feel like a telemarketer after a while.

      Remote, decent benefits, PTO/holiday pay.

      Cons

      Glued to your desk. Decreasing benefits and increasing work demands. No ability to pivot or move outside of the role. Career development has to be done off the clock except CEU’s.
