Pros

Great benefits, competitive salary, generous work-from-home opportunities

Cons

- Open office plan not conducive to productivity -- I was force to WFH pre-pandemic because the wide open office plan. I needed to be on the phone conducting interviews with customers for 4-6 hours a day. Others around me also needed to be on the phone most of their day. None of us could do our work because of distractions and fear of distracting others. - huge company with turf-wars among areas (Medicare vs Commercial, Sales vs Customer Service, Enrollment vs Claims, etc). Leadership of one area will make a make a major decision without consultation with other similar areas -- so there are various disparate systems for the same function. Business will make decisions believing the sales people trying to sell them something. - Most people are pretty easy to deal with but there are a few prima donnas - Job descriptions are hollow and meaningless. Titles do not align with responsibilities across areas.
