Pay is descent for the job if you can work with the cons. Flex hours when not in over time.
Cons
Lack of communication, training once on the job, and raises (only very top get raises once a year). Senior management talks about perfect service but lower management makes unrealistic goals. To make goals one can Not deliver perfect service every time. Lower management choose not to hear road blocks as to why production is not being meet. System down, long processes, new processes, unseen problems doesn't matter meeting production is all that matters.
