Pros
Big emphasis on project management skills. Work virtually with people all over the world. Casual dress code. Got fed a lot due to health care reform.
Cons
Poor working conditions. Never seen so many overweight people in my life. The only exercise we get is walking to and from my our cars and to the bathroom. Tied to desk all day. Expected to be on calls while trying to perform the duties of job. Not unusual to work 12+ hour days, 7 days a week. Management expects a lot for low pay.
