      Maybe good for ppl to obtain green card if they do sponsor. now it freezed

      Cons

      1, very slow paced. Management is no efficiency 2, technology is behind the market 3, Managers (no hands-on experience in tech) are all detail-oriented for disciplines instead of your delivery, they don't trust team members. 4, 25% lower payment comparing with the same position on market.
