      Ability to earn a moderate income.

      Cons

      Very little upward mobility. The business "silos" are still alive and well within the Humana culture. Little concern for members well-being despite their visual efforts to appear member-centric. Obvious cross department symbiosis is ignored or quashed.

      Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
