      Pros

      Cares a lot about well being, very friendly environment to work in. Not your typical cut throat business model.

      Cons

      Very VERY political company, old school business practices still used today even though they are out of date. As with any big company, vision and communication are for the woo, application of vision doesn't always play out.

      Remote, decent benefits, PTO/holiday pay.

      Cons

      Glued to your desk. Decreasing benefits and increasing work demands. No ability to pivot or move outside of the role. Career development has to be done off the clock except CEU’s.
