      Pros

      the bebefits are really great: 3 weeks paid vacation, excellent medical/dental insurance- a 6% match on your 401K- that's about it...

      Cons

      The management * (not the CEO)- but immediate mgmt. tends to be biased, unfair and unwulling to work with their staff. ( you're just a number- and they know they can fill your job tomorrow- and they treat you like it.) I have been there for over 5 years and nothing has changed despite over 1/2 dozen managers/supervisors....
