      Good benefits, respectful and inclusive workplace for many different types of people. They encourage associates to seek any job in the company and they try to do a good job of getting upward advancement for you.

      Cons

      Incorrect information often given from an HR perspective. The company is very hierarchical , so there's a long chain of command to go through if you want anything done.
