There is a lot of growth opportunity as well as education opportunities such as tuition reimbursement and online classes that can lead to certifications.
Cons
work/life balance options are not plentiful such as working from home. These are offered only in some departments. IT should be one of those departments, but as a whole it is not an overall option. Also some positions seem to be geared towards certain groups of people.
