      Pros

      Great work life balance. There are highs and low to any job in corporate America but my organization is great!

      I know for sure that if I leave Humana I could be making more money. I like this place and the people I work with.

      Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
