      Pros

      The 401k is great as well as PTO time. There is flexibility is some positions. Work at home is the norm.

      Cons

      Communication is terrible. The company is too large. They don't care about their employees- you are just a number.

      Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
