      Co-Workers make it bearable that's about it

      Cons

      They let customers talk to you however they want, bare minimum raises and you can't get out of a phone position unless your nose is really brown.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
