Pros

The pay is much better than some WFH jobs. I have an OUTSTANDING Supervisor.

Cons

Always pressuring you to spend less time on the call, know that the beneficiaries call with more complex issues. Seven minutes per call will not cut it. Everyone is winging it, no straightforward answers. You have to go on a "Dora the Explorer" adventure just to find the real answer. That takes way more than seven minutes.

Pros

Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

Cons

Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
