Pros

- great opportunity to manage a large portfolio of projects in different sectors (environment, justice, public finance, education etc.) in different markets and regions - Human Dynamics is one of the leading companies in EU-financed projects and a great reference for clients and partners - strong leadership by the management but also trust (and responsibility) - seniors managers very supportive in strategic but also operational issues and always accessible - supportive colleagues, friendly atmosphere amongst staff - opportunity for bonus payment for excellent performance and achievements

Cons

- the workload is sometimes a lot and the job can be very stressfull - depending on the portfolio the traveling can be high

Pros

Good location in Downtown Vienna.

Cons

Where do I start? Clueless management with a domineering owner who rules through fear. Take the collective advice of all the posters and tear up your current offer and run!

Pros

Very good school to learn what you should avoid in terms of prospective, expectations, lack of professionalism and bad practices. Meeting, skilled people from different backgrounds

Cons

The only vision is making profit at any…cost. No matter what it takes. The owner just doesn’t trust any of his employees (expendables) and is a micro-management freak that sees conspiracies everywhere. He brainwashes his weak managers (his minions) in order to blame constantly the demotivated and terrorized staff. He pretends that working for his company is the greatest opportunity that happens once in a lifetime and that people should be eternally grateful. No HR policy nor department. Very high-turnover of staff. The wise ones, when they see there is no perspective in this unrealistic environment (or if they get the chance to be fired) leave the company (but with the risk of being ostracized as a traitor to one’s kind) like rats from a ship. You might be disappointed to see what is being done with taxpayers ‘money for development. And that of course is repugnant.
