We got to know each other through email. Then after exchanging several emails they interviewed me over telephone. Then we both parties agreed with the terms and conditions. This process end up with signing contract.

Interesting and fun, it is a warm and closed setting. Process is fun and very interactive. Presentation was done and questions were asked. The fun thing is the discussion of the various services
I was invited to an interview in the Brussels office. After that went well, I was subsequently asked to perform a case study from home about a typical tender process. The project was of about 5 pages.
After that, I was informed that I was invited to the final interview. Then, the manager never communicated the date of the interview, and after I sent yet another email he did not reply - and his secretary did the same. Real lack of professionalism!
