Terrible Base Salaries - Anonymous employee Hudson Employee Review

Since they got bought by HMS Host they have gotten even cheaper some how. They are pushing "transparent" salaries as a way to strong arm you into accepting lowball offers. This does away with rewarding hardworking employees who are able to negotiate and articulate their value. They do not increase based on merit. The managers have no power at all to advocate for increases. They expect you to do many different jobs. The only way to move up is via retirement or moving.
