      Pros

      Having a good team where most of them looking for growth and knowledge, fast paced, always something to do.

      Cons

      Underpaid comparing to market and the workload, understaffed for years,no clear instructions so you can see a merchandiser asking an associate to do things or a regional person tells you to do something where the manager don’t know about, 10% communication, no engagement or engagement when there is a visit and stressing the whole team, changes can me made overnight (signs, promotions, resetting) with no communication.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good hours, you get to meet all kinds of people and even celebrities. But that is about it.

      Cons

      Bad head management. Stuck up and don't want to talk to staff that actually work in the stores. I get the impression that they are nothing more than paper pushers that love to make themselves feel good by bullying workers.
