Pros

Flexible work arrangements, a positive work environment, supportive culture, opportunities for professional development, and a chance to contribute to the sports industry.

Cons

Hudl, a sports technology company, has both strengths and weaknesses. One potential drawback is that some employees, particularly in certain locations, have expressed dissatisfaction with the management. However, Hudl's overall positive aspects include its innovative platform for sports performance analysis, a strong company culture emphasizing problem-solving and teamwork, and its global presence

We're so happy to hear you're enjoying the flexible work arrangements and supportive culture. It's a priority for us to ensure that Hudlies have the ability to work where, when, and how they work best. We also want to give our team all the tools they need to be successful in their role and develop their future skills, so it's great to hear the opportunities for professional development are hitting the mark. We also appreciate your candid feedback regarding management. We're continually evolving our training for managers to ensure our team is well-supported, including some new programs coming later this year.

Pros

-Positive Business Outlook: Users love Hudl and it's a very forward-thinking product that has a great place in the future -Values-led culture/norms: People are at the heart of how we operate -Very talented overall workforce: Our bar on hiring is super high and performance management process works if there are clear underperformers. -People genuinely get along with each other for the moist part - far better than most organizations with huge silo walls.

Cons

-Decision-making bottleneck at exec-team level with some pretty hands on leaders in the weeds on too much. -Some teams are quite top-heavy, a poor micro-culture on the team, and have less accountability than they should (Finance/Accounting specifically) -We can settle on talent in key roles that is in a key hub where we have an office since less remote hiring is approved.
