Hudl is one of the best company there is no doubt but if u r planning to join Hudl pune office then please think about your decision because my experience here will advice u to stay jobless if working at hudl pune is the last job available on the earth. U will atleast be at peace and can save youself from office politics. Main reason is management in pune office. there is no value for your hardwork, talent and skills. Pune office runs on only politics, harrasing analysts, doing unethical things and when i spoke to my team lead he told me that it all starts from the person who is managing the pune office. I wonder how us team has taken this wrong decision of giving such a big office to manage to someone who is very chidlish, egoistic and treats analysts, leads as his slaves. Only way to become lead or shift manager here is to harass your analysts, give them wrong information, ask them to work their sweat and blood off just to show us team that how good pune office is and make friendship with the person managing this office. I am wrting this because no action was taken even after complaining to HR and us team by many analysts and leads. I am not saying dont join hudl but i really want you to know what happens inside. If u r planning to join hudl in pune then please please please talk to analysts and leads working there and confirm the information given to me. And us team its my request from bottom of my heart to change the management.

Pros

-Positive Business Outlook: Users love Hudl and it's a very forward-thinking product that has a great place in the future -Values-led culture/norms: People are at the heart of how we operate -Very talented overall workforce: Our bar on hiring is super high and performance management process works if there are clear underperformers. -People genuinely get along with each other for the moist part - far better than most organizations with huge silo walls.

Cons

-Decision-making bottleneck at exec-team level with some pretty hands on leaders in the weeds on too much. -Some teams are quite top-heavy, a poor micro-culture on the team, and have less accountability than they should (Finance/Accounting specifically) -We can settle on talent in key roles that is in a key hub where we have an office since less remote hiring is approved.

Benefits, people, culture and flexibility

Cons

Pay is below what I wanted and I also am asked to pay 70 dollars a month to park in garage.
