Pros

HubBox is a great place to work at. There's a good deal of transparency across various levels; upper management are clear with all staff as to why decisions are being made. Furthermore, the hierarchy can be fairly flat. Suggestions regarding plans and changes to approaches can be made by colleagues irrespective of position, and all given equal consideration. The office environment is great - due to both the lovely people who make up the company, and the office itself being spacious and well-decorated. It's quite a fun office to be part of, with regular social outings. Despite it being fun, the office can be quite productive, as the company is making good growth in multiple directions. The office vibes and environment (along with a competitive salary) were big influences on my choice of HubBox over other job prospects.

Cons

No cons spring to mind instantly. There exists a wide variety of positions within the company however, and my opinions are obviously more relevant to positions that are similar to my own.

Pros

Fast paced environment with a smart, fun group. Great product. Great customers. All in all an enjoyable place to work.

Cons

Doesn't have all of the employee benefits that you may see at a larger org, but this is constantly being improved.
