Pros

Made great friends, very team oriented and tried to keep it fun, good insurance, remote work, a lot of time practicing skills

Cons

Terrible recycled leads, 100+ cold calls a day, if 15min passes and you didn't make a call you get written up, REALLY LOW PAY, very scripted and robotic, upper management has no idea what they want so they will contradict themselves evert other day. You are essentially treated like a child being babysat.

Pros

The people are truly the best. The product is fantastic and works well. It's fun to work at a company that's a household name.

Cons

There has been uncertainty in recent years

Pros

Great learning environment. Great training. Amazing people. Benefits started on day one. Fully remote. I will say i came down with COVID-19 and had continued health issues that kept me from working for 4 months. They worked with me and I came back to be successful in the role. I loved my team and my immediate leadership. I think if you are straight out of college or want to try sales. They are a great place to cut your teeth

Cons

Base pay is barely above minimum wage here in Washington. Most of the people were working two jobs. Leads are not warm or cool. They are many times incomplete and ice cold. They also make you stay an SDR for a year minimum and changed the rules on the requirements to be promoted to AE on training classes the were a month away from their 12th month. To many mini meetings everyday. 3 per day is waaaay to much. While it breaks up the day it also messes with your call flow.
