the team at your branch and the manager can make all the difference. that’s the only upside

being required to work a minimum amount of hours per week (something not disclosed to me when i was interviewing). being told there’s no such thing as taking time off for part time employees because of the weekly minimum you’re supposed to work. being required to work every single weekend because you’re part time. the work is easy, but it is a lot that is required for us to do. the job is physically laborious with minimal pay. punitive, antiquated attendance policy is going to have them lose really good people.
