      awful management from headquarters, the higher-ups are awful and make stupid changes to the stores without consideration of the physical store

      Coworkers and culture were definitely the pros of the job.

      Cons

      Mall setting and corporate policies made things unenjoyable. If this place could be franchised and not in a mall with so many other types of people would be much more ideal.
