      Cool environment, fun job, decent discounts on merchandise.

      Cons

      Low pay, not enough hours, employee turnover is extremely high and most of my time was spent interviewing high school kids for 6 hours a week positions.

      Pros

      Coworkers and culture were definitely the pros of the job.

      Cons

      Mall setting and corporate policies made things unenjoyable. If this place could be franchised and not in a mall with so many other types of people would be much more ideal.
