      Pros

      Great perks and office location. Most people who work there are passionate and want to do the right thing, as in serving Hostplus members.

      Cons

      The CEO is awful, a massive bully. He is a total megalomaniac that has the board eating out of his hand. Everyone is scared of him. Once he doesn't like you, you are dead to him. Purports to have certain values like returns to members but feels like a total rort working there.

      Nice team members, helpful and welcoming environment. Good training on systems.

      Cons

      Zero flexibility, ridiculously strict regarding being in the office on set days, if you can't come to the office on the set day you need to come into the office on another day to make up for it.
