      Pros

      Hardly pros in this day and age. Work from home/flexible work arrangement If you want a job apologising to people because management refuse to coach or let people go, 8 hours a day, go for it.

      Cons

      Old school ideals with no intention or mapped out plan for any type of change. Extremely poor morale, this place will ruin your mental health. No room for growth no matter what they tell you. Management only cares about meeting KPIs to get their bonus. Refuse to listen to staff and members on how to improve customer service and processes

      Pros

      Nice team members, helpful and welcoming environment. Good training on systems.

      Cons

      Zero flexibility, ridiculously strict regarding being in the office on set days, if you can't come to the office on the set day you need to come into the office on another day to make up for it.
