Pros

-Some really great people -Awesome mission -Reasonable Salary -Dominant in market -Collaborative customer base -Great PTO and Medical Benefits

Cons

What I have found most unfortunate is that the people who bully and demean others aren't just tolerated at HCHB, they're promoted and we've witnessed new management quickly push away their detractors and embrace their cronies. HCHB's legacy code slows development to a crawl. Implementation of new products is extremely cumbersome and takes forever. Having been a part of HCHB's growth, I have seen the change in culture that has occurred over the last two years, more specifically the last year, that has really shaped HCHB for the worse. Long-time and talented employees are leaving and the new leadership is largely to blame. I soon hope to be among those who have found opportunities elsewhere.

Pros

Collaborative and engaging team culture with supportive colleagues. Fast-paced environment that offers opportunities to build efficiency and adaptability, along with exposure to performance-driven workflows and evolving processes.

Cons

Highly metrics-driven role with a strong emphasis on productivity and consistent performance. Balancing core responsibilities with documentation and additional tasks can be challenging within time constraints. As processes and responsibilities evolve, performance expectations may not always feel fully aligned, contributing to a demanding learning curve and a high-pressure environment. The scope of the role and scheduling demands may not suit everyone, particularly those seeking a more structured or balanced workload.
