The main benefits are being able to make my own schedule and receiving same-day pay
Cons
Clients have disputed or misrepresented the actual hours I worked, even after confirming and agreeing to additional time. In those situations, the company has refunded the client, but I still completed the work and should be paid for the hours I worked.
There have also been multiple occasions where I arrived at a new client’s location as scheduled and was immediately told to leave, sometimes in an unprofessional or disrespectful manner. I still spent time traveling to the job and showing up as instructed.
