The interview focused heavily on complex, situational conflict-resolution questions involving both paying customers and service-provider cleaners (who are also considered customers), creating "no-win" scenarios designed to test my ability to manage stakeholder retention, all while I struggled to understand the interviewer due to an unusually thick accent and childish voice.

HR Interview, onboarding, video introduction usual application process. It is not hassle to apply they are very transparent if you are hired or not. No overthinking because the HR will inform you ASAP.
