Pros

Work from home Good commission payout Inclusive workplace culture

Cons

Stressful - especially if you have kids at home this just sucks the life out of you. Sales managers aren’t good coaches just push you hard with hope of scaring you into making sales Product is hard to sell Top reps get fed the best leads Zoom all day

Pros

Work from home, so you make your own hours. Show up for phone meetings and you're all good. Easy enough to sell, and once sold, you don't have to give service to customers, that is handled by someone else.

Cons

The only good review for this company on this site was CLEARLY written by a specific person on the management team (I guess he works here too, but yuk- a review company faking reviews is a bit of a joke.). They keep announcing "new plans". It's framed as evolution and growth. In actuality, it's a company that keeps changing the gameplay instead of editing the roster. The management is completely ineffective and a few of them have personal boundary issues. Fellow employees have no idea what is going on and how the site works.
